Personal Training Package Policy & Client Agreement
By purchasing personal training sessions with St. Johns Personal Training, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Package Duration & Expiration
All personal training packages are designed to be completed within a structured timeframe to support consistency, progress, and results. Packages must be used within 5 weeks of the first scheduled session. Any unused sessions remaining after the 5-week period will expire and be forfeited.
Scheduling & Commitment
Clients are encouraged to attend sessions consistently, ideally at the recommended frequency discussed at the time of purchase. Your scheduled session times are reserved specifically for you to ensure accountability and progress.
Missed Sessions & Grace Allowance
Clients are permitted to miss up to one (1) week within the 5-week period without penalty, provided reasonable notice is given. Beyond this allowance, missed sessions will count toward the total package and will not be rescheduled.
Purpose of Policy
This policy is in place to promote consistency, accountability, and optimal results. Regular attendance is essential for achieving fitness goals, and this structure helps maintain momentum and client success.
No Extensions or Refunds
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Extensions will not be granted except in cases of medical necessity or emergencies, at the sole discretion of St. Johns Personal Training.

By purchasing a training package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms outlined above.
