We’ll talk through your goals, assess how you move, and go through light strength and mobility exercises to see where you’re starting. This gives me a clear picture so I can design a program that feels good, works for your lifestyle, and helps you get stronger with confidence.

This 8-session package is designed to be completed twice per week for consistent progress and optimal results. Sessions are scheduled in advance and must be used within 5 weeks. One missed week is permitted; however, additional missed sessions or weeks will result in forfeited sessions. This structure helps create accountability, maintain momentum, and ensure you get the most out of your training experience.
